Pilates – strength, balance, and body awareness. Pilates is a training method that focuses on strengthening, stretching, and improving posture. The exercises primarily target the core muscles—abdominals, back, and pelvic area—while also strengthening and mobilizing the entire body. With slow, controlled movements and mindful breathing, Pilates enhances balance, coordination, and body awareness, helping you move with strength and grace in everyday life. Discover the power of mindful movement!

This method was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, and it remains popular today among those who want to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and enhance posture—without placing excessive strain on the joints.

Kriszti Tüske

My name is Kriszti Tüske, and already at the age of 16 I knew I wanted to work with people and help them. This led me to study special education, alongside earning a teaching degree. For 15 years I worked in integrated special education institutions, while continuously expanding my knowledge both in education and in sports.
Sports and a healthy lifestyle have always been part of my life, so it was natural for me to dedicate myself to supporting others in maintaining their health and well-being. In 2012, I became a certified Pilates instructor and since then I have been actively teaching both adults and children.

The essence of the Pilates method:
Every Pilates exercise is continuous and fluid, without static holding. Pilates is characterized by mindful movement control and deep concentration. At its core lie precision, flow, and conscious breathing.

What you’ll feel right after a Pilates class:
1. A surge of energy by the end of the session.
2. A pleasant sense of tiredness.
3. Not the kind of soreness that leaves you unable to move, but discovering muscles you didn’t even know existed.
4. Better sleep the night after class.
5. A feeling of being taller thanks to the constant lengthening of the spine.
6. Noticeable relief even after the very first session if you struggle with back or spinal pain.

Pilates with me is not just about exercise—it’s about recharging your body, refreshing your mind, and rediscovering your strength.

Klaudia Pokornyi

My name is Klaudia Pokornyi, and in 2022 I graduated from the Győr School of Dance and Fine Arts, earning my professional qualification as a dancer. Afterwards, I danced with the Székesfehérvár Ballet Theatre, and soon discovered my true passion—teaching.

Currently, I am studying at the Hungarian Dance University, specializing in classical ballet, dance, and rehearsal direction.

My goal is to inspire both children and adults to fall in love with dance and movement, while developing their coordination, rhythm, and endurance. Along the way, they also acquire valuable qualities such as perseverance, discipline, and humility. For me, dance has always been a powerful tool of self-expression, helping me to understand myself and my emotions. I want to share this transformative experience with others. Dance is also a way to build community and connections, and I aim to make this an important part of my classes as well.

Through dance, we don’t just move—we grow, connect, and discover who we truly are.
